PLIOGRIP P448 ISOPHTHALIC PULTRUSION POLYESTER RESIN
PLIOGRIP P448 is a highly reactive Isophthalic acid based polyester resin specifically designed for plutrusion application. Pliogrip P448 posses high reactivity fast wet out reinforcement, rapid cure, high HDT, excellent surface finish which allow high filler loading. Pultruded component moulded from PLIOGRIP P448 exhibit hydrolytic stability, improved mechanical strength & electrical insulation properties. PLIOGRIP P448 is suitable for manufacturing of high performance FRP components by pultrusion process.

Storage & Handling :
Should be stored in closed containers in cool conditions away from direct Sunlight. Resins exposed to direct Sunlight may lead to premature gelation even in the absence of a Catalyst. Shelf life of Resin @ 25°C. about 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
Most of our resin contain styrene monomer and are classified as highly flammable liquids. Working areas should be well ventilated since styrene has a threshold value of 1000ppm in normal working atmosphere .It is also an eye skin irritant. Hence, Goggles and gloves are recommended while handling our Resins
